Dircksen & Associates is a sales representative organization that was initiated in 1948 by Arnold Dircksen, a WPAFB retiree who served in WWII and post-war occupancy of East Germany and Japan. Daniel W. Dircksen joined his father in the rep business in 1969 after receiving his Masters from University of Dayton. In 1983, Dircksen & Associates was incorporated. Today, the company continues to represent aerospace manufacturers, most for 20 plus years. Below is a list of current employees.

Dan Dircksen, Jr. joined the company in 2000 and covers new business and existing sales accounts. He has a degree in Business Management and is president of Dircksen & Associates.

Rich Yannitti joined the company in 2012. He is a retired Air Force Equipment Specialist and handles outside sales.

Kamala Counts Wolcott joined the company in 2006. She is the Office Manager and handles inside sales.

Dircksen & Associates personnel cover the Specification, Qualification, and Value Engineering offices at DSCC in addition to Procurement and Technical Operations. We regularly visit Wright Patterson AFB, TACOM, and commercial aerospace customers including Parker Hannifin, GDLS, Lockheed, BAE, Honeywell, and Goodrich in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and Pennsylvania. Our procedures include obtaining drawings, solicitations, price histories, awards reports of competitors, and sample units for VE projects. Our computer systems are able to track your NSNs and PNs of interest.
